2:00 PM	Doors open. Registration and 2023 – 2024 Subscriptions collected.
2:15 PM	Welcome by the Chair
2:20 PM	Presentation from Wellington Electricity
3:20 PM	Non WRCAI members may leave the meeting if they so wish.
3:25 PM	Apologies Motion to approve previous minutes held on 28th May 2022, as correct.
3:30 PM	Chair’s report SNA and Security Cameras
3:40 PM	Deputy Chair’s report
4:00 PM	Treasurer’s report
4:10 PM	Election of WRCAI Committee 2023-2024 Call for nominations and vote for each of the following positions: 1.      Chair 2.      Deputy Chair 3.      Secretary 4.      Treasurer 5.      Committee members (minimum of 2 Committee members needed).
4:20 PM	Any Other Business Members are invited to raise any issues.
4:30 PM	Meeting ends
4:45 PM	Tidy up and vacate the premises

 

The meeting will be in two parts starting with an open invitation to
hear a Wellington Electricity presentation on electricity supply
issues for rural areas, including future issues. After this
non-members may stick around if they wish to see what the association
has to offer.

Come and join us and have your say. Tea and biscuits will be provided.
